Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across product lines
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for future technology ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of external innovators and academic partnerships
- Monitor global regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
