Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology strategies aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead market research and competitive analysis of emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Develop and execute innovation pilots for next-generation digital products
- Partner with R&D teams to translate scientific breakthroughs into scalable business solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and market impact
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Executive-level experience developing technology roadmaps with C-suite alignment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (IEEE, Harvard Business Review)
