- Architect scalable infrastructure for 10x data growth and zero-trust security models
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into current products
- Present strategic technology briefings to investors and board members
- Mentor junior engineers on emerging tech best practices
- Drive innovation through quarterly tech hackathons and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years at director level
- Proven track record implementing future-forward tech stacks (Web3, generative AI, edge computing)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration
- Certified in emerging tech domains (e.g., TensorFlow, Kubernetes, blockchain)
- Experience scaling teams for rapid technological adoption
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
