Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Drive innovation initiatives across IoT, blockchain, and renewable energy integration
- Partner with venture capital firms to scout and acquire disruptive startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Mentor R&D teams in ethical technology implementation and future-proofing
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation velocity
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Strong network with global tech incubators and research institutions
