- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor junior researchers on emerging technology frameworks
- Oversee prototyping of futuristic solutions in our innovation lab
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Certification in futures thinking or technology forecasting preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and data modeling tools
