- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and global tech pioneers for collaborative R&D
- Monitor competitive tech landscapes and regulatory shifts to inform strategic pivots
- Drive cross-departmental initiatives to embed future-ready capabilities into core operations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning with experience in multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong financial acumen for tech ROI modeling and budget optimization
