- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present compelling tech visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting our industry
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 3+ year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Experience building partnerships with MIT, Stanford, or similar innovation hubs
