- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to market launch
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of futurists and engineers
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical frameworks shaping 2026+ landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking skills
