Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Build and mentor high-performing innovation teams focused on future-readiness
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology practices across global operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in forward-looking innovation roles
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Track record of launching successful technology products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
