Responsibilities

- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership
- Drive innovation sprints focused on climate-positive and human-centric technologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring impact of futuristic initiatives on market disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching products with 2026+ technological capabilities
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, advanced AI, neural interfaces, or climate tech
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation pipelines
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience leading global R&D teams across multiple technology disciplines
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
