- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business growth objectives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and regulatory bodies
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in agile development methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their impact on product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech systems
- MBA or equivalent in Technology Management preferred
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in AWS/Azure quantum services
