Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and investors
- Manage R&D budgets for forward-looking initiatives
- Document technology adoption scenarios and risk mitigation plans
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Strong financial modeling and scenario planning skills
- Experience with international tech ecosystems and standards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Presentation skills for executive audiences and technical stakeholders
