Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) and assess commercial viability
- Architect scalable frameworks for AI-human collaborative systems with ethical governance protocols
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through persuasive stakeholder presentations and white papers
- Partner with regulatory bodies to shape future technology policy frameworks
- Launch at least 3 breakthrough products with exponential growth potential by 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futuristics with 8+ years of strategic tech leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neurotech, decentralized systems, or climate tech
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE) on future tech applications
- Certification in Futures Studies (WFS) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience securing federal/state grants for advanced R&D projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
