Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present disruptive technology concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio from ideation to pilot launch
- Champion ethical tech frameworks for next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (>$50M ARR)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics preferred
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Fluency in Python and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
