Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ technology vision roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for futuristic solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate forward-thinking tech into product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure long-term ROI
- Build partnerships with research labs and academic institutions for tech scouting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
