- Architect strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and immersive reality integration
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis in emerging tech verticals

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing implementation
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale digital transformation programs
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive board experience
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
