Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (biotech, nanotech, metaverse)
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Partner with VPs of Product to commercialize emerging tech solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in commercializing AI/quantum solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Certification in AI Ethics or Technology Governance preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience scaling tech startups from prototype to market
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 and decentralized infrastructure
