Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology strategy roadmap with quarterly impact assessments
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI and decentralized systems
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous technologies
- Partner with Stanford/MIT on next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants for future-focused projects
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders program
- Present at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent innovation leadership experience
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with 3+ Fortune 500 projects
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum systems
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (Singularity University preferred)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain architecture
- Proven ability to secure federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Portfolio of 5+ patents or open-source contributions
