- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging innovations into product ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage technology pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
