Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints exploring quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and boards with data-driven recommendations
- Oversee the implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their enterprise implications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record in implementing future-focused tech transformations
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives across global enterprises
- Strong public speaking and executive communication abilities
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, engineering, or business strategy
