Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, Web4.0) and forecast their 3-5 year market impact
- Develop and execute cross-functional technology roadmaps aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the executive board
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or decentralized AI
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
