- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term growth and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging R&D, product development, and market strategy
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies and their potential impact on industry landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Drive the implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
