- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, Web3) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to Board of Directors and C-suite executives

- Build and lead a 12-person innovation excellence team

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Executive MBA or equivalent strategic certification required

- Experience leading $50M+ technology transformation programs
