Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-focused initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive innovation through R&D investments and strategic acquisitions
- Monitor competitor tech portfolios and market disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-focused tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certified Strategic Planner (CSP) or similar designation preferred
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
