Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a 2026-2030 technology roadmap integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic adoption and competitive differentiation
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions addressing future market needs
- Present technology visions to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI on future-focused projects
- Mentor a cross-functional team of futurists and technology architects
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum solutions in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Experience presenting complex tech narratives to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership on tech's societal impact (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and ML frameworks
