Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying next-gen solutions (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against strategic milestones using advanced analytics
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders to accelerate R&D
- Present technology roadmaps and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Champion ethical innovation and sustainable tech practices across all initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML implementation, quantum computing applications, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Track record of launching successful tech products with measurable market impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., Prosci, Lean Startup) or technology foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology projects with quantifiable outcomes
