Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, bio-computing)
- Analyze ethical implications of disruptive technologies and develop responsible innovation frameworks
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive patent development for proprietary tech solutions
- Mentor junior strategists and foster an innovation culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 5-year roadmap delivery
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
