Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and assess market viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge innovations into product development
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D investments, and talent acquisition
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience scaling tech teams across global markets
- Deep understanding of technology adoption lifecycle and market dynamics
