Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-focused solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to identify innovation opportunities
- Develop and present tech strategy recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for experimental technologies
- Create thought leadership content and represent the company at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing and executing future-tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CPSM) preferred
- Experience scaling experimental technologies to enterprise-level solutions
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
