Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess market viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitive landscapes for strategic pivots
- Drive thought leadership through white papers and industry conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and commercializing innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous technology landscapes
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
