Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integrated systems)
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for next-gen digital infrastructure
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Partner with product teams to translate foresight into commercial offerings
- Represent company at global tech summits and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong financial acumen for R&D budget allocation
