Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for enterprise clients in AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities with $100M+ market potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor groups
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Drive innovation sprints to incubate next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching products in quantum computing or AGI domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
- Experience scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent journals
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq)
