Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and technology adoption metrics
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Ensure ethical implementation and governance of next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/nanotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong data modeling and predictive analytics capabilities
- Certified in technology governance frameworks (ISO 38507, NIST AI RMF)
- Demonstrated success managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
