Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize initiatives
- Present technology strategies to executive leadership and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to ensure compliance and strategic positioning
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and R&D partners
- Measure and report on KPIs for technology adoption and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating insights into strategy
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology strategy implementations
