Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, decentralized systems) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof product architectures
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI tracking
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training preferred
- Experience with technology impact assessment frameworks (e.g., Toffler's Future Shock)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Published research on disruptive technology adoption patterns
