Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess strategic viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with business objectives
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption success
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of launching successful tech transformation initiatives
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering/Business required
