Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global tech leaders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
