- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive technologies for strategic acquisition/partnerships
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and measure ROI for innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready features into commercial offerings
- Maintain thought leadership through industry publications and conference presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2026+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech convergence
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech startup environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Strong track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (portfolio required)
