Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and societal needs
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security systems
- Identify emerging tech trends (neurotech, biocomputing, spatial web) and assess commercial viability
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Partner with academic institutions to shape future curricula
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching industry-defining innovations
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., Foresight, Horizon Scanning)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Exceptional presentation skills with 50+ keynotes delivered
