- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Architect ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech infrastructure for future scalability
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for collaborative innovation
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact on business growth metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product development with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of translating technological vision into executable business roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Certifications in technology forecasting, futures thinking, or innovation management
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
