Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, prioritizing R&D investments in quantum computing, AI governance, and decarbonization tech
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies into core products and services
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive threats to identify strategic opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor a team of 5+ technology analysts and innovation specialists
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Drive innovation through internal hackathons and external tech ecosystem engagement
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Strategic Planning Professional (CSPP) or equivalent certification
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets with measurable ROI
