Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with global market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating futurism methodologies with practical R&D
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Create scenario-planning frameworks for technological disruptions and market shifts
- Champion a culture of radical innovation through internal workshops and thought leadership
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record in successfully launching at least two breakthrough tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and academic institutions
- Experience leading high-performing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Certification in futurism methodologies (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
