Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech trends and disruptive opportunities
- Architect scalable digital transformation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and Web3 integration
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align technology initiatives with market demands
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure cross-functional buy-in
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate technology ROI and innovation impact
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading technology vendors and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, and immersive techStrong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated executive presence and presentation mastery
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technology transformation projects
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CSM) highly desirable
