Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 10-year vision
- Lead research initiatives in quantum AI, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with global business goals
- Manage a $50M innovation portfolio and evaluate emerging startup investments
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and future-focused global forums
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and technology architects
- Author thought leadership papers on human-AI symbiosis and ethics
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
- Proven track record of launching category-defining technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and biotech convergence
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
- Portfolio of 3+ patented innovations or scalable tech frameworks
