Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations across AI, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility for experimental ventures
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and tech startups
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property protection frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience scaling global innovation teams and programs
