Responsibilities

- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 R&D divisions
- Present disruptive innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year market impact potential
- Drive sustainable technology adoption across global operations with measurable ESG metrics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum systems from prototype to production
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and neural-symbolic AI
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain one
