Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualization
- Coordinate cross-functional R&D teams for pilot programs and technology validation
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting future technology adoption
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic impact and ROI of future technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Analytics
