Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/IoT/blockchain solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic systems)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolios with ROI-focused KPIs
- Partner with academia (Stanford, MIT) for R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record scaling SaaS or hardware products
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or decentralized systems
- MBA or MS in Technology/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
