Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching future-focused tech initiatives (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across R&D, product, and commercial units
