Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with $100M+ budgets
- Expertise in regulatory foresight (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published author in IEEE or Nature on technological convergence
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Experience with scenario planning for black swan events in tech
